The opening of connecting roads between Parwan Third – Badam Bagh – Pol-e-Teknik: A step towards reducing congestion The new connecting roads between the Parwan Third intersection and Badam Bagh, and continuing from Badam Bagh to the Pol-e-Teknik pass (which is also an alternative route to the Berekhi intersection), have been completed and opened. These newly constructed roads have divided the heavy traffic volume and significantly eased passage for citizens. The 560-meter road from Parwan Third to Badam Bagh and the new 900-meter road from Badam Bagh to the Pol-e-Teknik pass are among the new roads built by the Kabul Municipality in recent years. These roads connect the fourth, fifth, and seventeenth districts and are considered important and vital roads for the city of Kabul. The Kabul Municipality is committed to constructing similar roads in various parts of the city to reduce congestion and prevent traffic bottlenecks. --- Connecting roads from Parwan Three to Badam Bagh and the Pol-e-Teknik pass are alternative routes to the Berekhi intersection. The new roads connecting from the Parwan Three intersection to Badam Bagh and continuing to the Pol-e-Teknik pass serve as alternative routes to the Berekhi intersection. Their construction has diverted traffic and provided ease of movement for citizens. The road from Parwan Three to Badam Bagh is 560 meters long, and the new road from Badam Bagh to the Pol-e-Teknik pass is 900 meters long, both constructed by the Kabul Municipality in recent years. These roads connect the fourth, fifth, and seventeenth districts and play an important role in reducing traffic congestion. The Central Bank of the Zionist regime has stated that the two-year war in Gaza has cost Israel's economy $57 billion, representing 8.6% of its gross domestic product. The Ministry of Transport and Civil Aviation of Afghanistan has announced that 20,222 transport vehicles had GPS devices installed in the past 1404 solar year. The ministry stated that to date, approximately 40,000 passenger and cargo vehicles across the country have had GPS devices installed in total. Sources added that the installation of these devices in vehicles continues regularly.
